If you are taking a defensive driving course for ticket dismissal, you will be required to submit your driving record to the court. Unless the court has given prior approval, a 3A-certified is the only record a Texas court will accept for defensive driving.

When you order you Texas driving record at TX-RECORDS.com, your request will be express delivered to the Texas Department of Public Safety records department for only $23.99 + tax, ($10 DPS fee is included in price). The order will be processed and mailed directly to you via U.S. Mail. We also offer express overnight delivery for an additional charge.

Complete the DPS Application for Copy of Driving Record form below. Please make sure you sign the form with our electronic signature software. Once the form is finished you will be directed to our PayPal payment processing form. After payment is received and the form is completed the order is automatically processed. Express Shipping Option

You may have your Texas driving record shipped overnight via UPS or Lone Star for an additional charge of $23.99.

Driver Records are processed by the Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS). The DPS has up to 10 days to process your driver record from the time the forms are submitted. In most cases the DPS will process your driver record within 4-5 business days. Once DPS processes your driver record it will be sent out via the shipping option you select. Deliveries are not made on holidays or weekends. We are unable to issue refunds for Driver Record Service once your order has been processed.
