What type of driving record will I receive?

You will receive a Texas state certified 3A driving record that is acceptable for the defensive driving course and Texas courts. This record goes back 5 years and lists all traffic and moving violations.

How long will it take to receive my record?

Regular service orders ($26.15) are mailed via regular U.S. mail. After processing the normal delivery time is 3-4 days. Express mail orders are delivered the day after processing. DPS processing times vary depending on the time of year and number of orders they receive. DPS can take up to 7-10 business days to process your order.

Do I need to be home to accept my express delivery package?

No, a signature is not required on express packages. If you are not home the package will be left on your doorstep.

What types of payment are accepted?

Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Debit cards.

What is the CSC number on the payment form?

The CSC number is the last 3 digits on the back of your credit card. This number is found only on Visa and MasterCard.

What if I don't receive my record?

If you don't receive your record in 10 business days you need to contact TX-DPS.com via the Contact Us page email. Depending on volume, you should receive a response within 24 hours.

Can I get a refund?

No. Once payment is made and the DR-1 form is completed the record will automatically be processed. Therefore, we cannot offer refunds. If you make payment but do not complete the form you can receive a refund MINUS a $3 service charge.
